Hale-8 Pricing

The Hale-8 pricing depends upon your selection of siding materials, and can be adjusted for the custom design changes which you may like to make, to suit your particular needs. 

Here are the siding selections and standard package prices for Hale-8.

Select Tight Knot (STK)_Cedar Siding (for Double Wall):    Custom-made walls are screw-framed in All-Heart Redwood and sided for double-wall construction:   Kiln-dried STK Port Orford Cedar "Hawaiian mill" T&G exterior horizontal siding, prepared for wood sealer or paint.   $16,800.

Clear Cedar Siding (for Double Wall):  Custom-made walls are screw-framed in All-Heart Redwood and sided for double-wall construction: Clear Grade Western Red Cedar or Port Orford Cedar "Hawaiian mill" T&G exterior horizontal siding, prepared for wood sealer, stain or paint.     $18,800.

Select Tight Knot (STK) Cedar Siding (Single Wall):  Custom-made walls are screw-framed with Kiln-dried Clear Heart B Redwood, sanded and sided for single-wall construction with Clear Grade "Hawaiian mill" T&G exterior horizontal siding in Western Red Cedar or Port Orford Cedar, prepared for wood sealer, stain or paint.    $19,500.

Clear Cedar Siding (Single Wall):  Custom-made walls are screw-framed with Kiln-dried Clear Heart B Redwood, sanded and sided for single-wall construction with Clear Grade "Hawaiian mill" T&G exterior horizontal siding in Western Red Cedar or Port Orford Cedar, prepared for wood sealer, stain or paint.    $20,500.

Optional:  Clear Grade (no knots) Interior Cedar Roof/Ceiling Sheathing, add $175/roof panel.

"Hawaiian Mill" refers to special T&G siding, milled with a longer tongue and deeper groove, designed for enhanced weather protection.

A word about our Double Wall and Single Wall construction packages: 

Double Wall packages are sided with construction-grade redwood studs, ready to be covered by sheetrock or other interior siding of your choice, after assembly, plumbing and electrical.  Exterior siding is T&G, with your choice of rough-sawn (textured) or smooth-face side out, for your selected exterior presentation.

Some climates (such as Hawaii) are well-suited for the construction of quality single-wall homes...  

Single Wall packages are screw-framed with framing and siding woods that have been graded for appearance both inside and out.  The wall panels are made with furniture-grade sanded studs and headers, and are sided with T&G exposed Cedar siding which is quality graded, both inside and out.   All you need to do is spray on an interior finish after assembly and trim, and your beautiful wood interior is complete.

Hale-8 Cupola Package is available for the Hale-8's.  This includes 8 pre-built wall and 8 roof/ceiling panels, and 4 Almond Vinyl Louver Windows, plus assembly hardware and roofing underlayment:

    Select Tight Knot (STK)_Cedar Siding (for Double Wall):      $4,400.

    Clear Cedar Siding (for Double Wall):     $4,800.

    Select Tight Knot (STK) Cedar Siding (Single Wall):     $5,400.
