Raised Foundations

It is possible to raise the Hale's onto almost any type of foundation.  Here is a sketch of "1120 Series" on a raised foundation, with wrap-around decks and parking underneath:

 

 

You can raise just a Hale-8 or a Hale-12 in the same way:

 

Here is an "Expanded Hale-8" cottage on a raised foundation, with 10' radiating wrap-around lanais:

 

  Of course, you could use any of the floor plans on this site, or design your own layout for interior floor plan(s) and/or lanai areas.

Raised foundations are a custom modification, and will be different for every home and building site. 

 Various heights will require different grades of enhanced foundation building materials for proper shear strength, structural soundness and building code compliance.

Ground slopes and type of soil and/or rock at your building site will also be factors.
